TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All services provided by BioAssay Systems are subject to the following standard terms and conditions:

SAMPLE SUBMISSION: each sample submission should be accompanied by a Service Order Form. Please include all information requested on the Service Order Form. Remaining samples will typically be held for one (1) month and will be disposed of properly, unless the customer requested return of unused samples.

CONFIDENTIALITY: all of our service work is strictly confidential. We will not release customers' name, samples and test results without customer's permission.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment terms are Net 30 days. Prices are subject to change without notice.

HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES AND PATHOGENS: Any sample containing or suspected to contain any pathogen or hazardous substance must be clearly identified and communicated to BioAssay Systems prior to shipping. BioAssay Systems reserves the right to refuse any sample containing hazardous substances or pathogens.

ANALYSIS: our standard turnaround time is 48 hours. A report with summary of the results will be prepared and either emailed, faxed or sent by registered mail to the customer according to customer's preference.

RECHECK RESULTS: recheck can be performed at the customer's request. If the recheck confirms the original results, a service fee will be charged to the customer. If the recheck results differ significantly from the original data, the customer will not be charged for the duplicate assay.

WARRANTY AND LIMITED LIABILITY: BioAssay Systems warrants that its services will be performed in a timely manner and by competent personnel. Our liability is limited to a recheck of the results and/or refund of the service fee. We disclaim any other warranties expressed or implied.
